Description

Segmented Reflective tape XM-8104/12C in Orange colour with Flame Resistant properties. Designed for Heat Transfer application on FR-workwear and Firefighters clothing.

New 8000-series of tapes is to be tested & certified in SATRA(UK) lab in the nearest months. Yet, we have already finished our in-house testing and all the tapes performed very well. Initial value of XM-8104/12C Ra=70. After 25 washes at 60oС, the tape has met the requirements of Flammability test (ISO 15025, Edge ignition) and Retro-reflectivity test (Ra=448).

It is planned that XM-8104/12C would pass EN 469 & EN 20471 certification after 25 wash cycles at 60^oC.

Reflective tapes of 8000-serie are high-tech material, that is why we urge you before the first use to check the suitability of the tapes on a sample FR-clothing. It is also useful to make trial washes of the fr-clothing with applied tape.

To correctly apply XM-8000 series HT reflective tape to FR-clothing, please read the instructions and follow them step by step. Also, please bear in mind that XMS™ Heat transfer tape is fixed better on woven fabrics, than on knits.

Instruction for Heat Transfer Reflective Tape

This reflective tape has been tested and certified after the following number of wash cycles:
	25x60°C wash
	XM-8104/12C Care Instructions
	Wash: Machine Wash Warm, 40°C
	Bleach: Do not bleach
	Dry: Tumble Dry Low, 55°C
	Dry-clean: Do not dry clean
	Iron: Iron at low temperature, 110°C
Keep in cool dry place, with no direct sunlight
FR-clothing or HighVis clothing with this reflective tapes should be washed and cleaned by the above recommendations.
