XM-8010 CORSICA HT

This is a new generation of reflective material. It is more comfortable due to lower weight and better flexibility and it is easily applied by heat transfer.

XM-8010 is actually PU film developed for use on FR-clothing, it is made with Reflective micro-beads and Flame Retardant substance with high durable properties.

XM-8010 Corsica HT triple trim has been tested and certified for High Visibility by EN 20471 and also for Flame Resistance properties by EN 469. The testing was done after 35x wash cycles at 60°C in SATRA lab (UK).

HT FR (Heat Transfer Flame Retardant) films have solid design with less breathability properties then HT Segmented. Yet, even HT films are more flexible and lighter then sew-on Reflective tapes.

Both HT and HTS types of XM-8000 tapes are highly reflective material (e.g CORSICA HTS has R>500 cd/lx*m²) with durable Flame Resistance.

Reflective tapes of 8000-series are our new development, that is why we urge you to check the hold of the tape on a sample FR-clothing. It is also useful to make trial washes of the fr-clothing with applied tape.

To correctly apply XM-8000 series HT reflective tape to FR-clothing, please read the instructions and follow them step by step.

We recommend you to follow care instructions for long-life performance of heat transfer reflective tape.
